Cayenne Pineapple
Cayenne Pineapple is the most widely grown commercial pineapple variety worldwide — the standard supermarket pineapple. Produces large, cylindrical fruit with mild, low-acid, juicy flesh. Well-suited to NZ subtropical conditions. Available at Land of the Lotus, Whangarei, which grows it alongside Red and Queen varieties.
