Bronceada

Bronceada is a cherimoya variety producing large, sweet, creamy fruit with characteristic pineapple flavour notes and very few seeds — making it one of the more seed-free cherimoya varieties available. A heavy cropper with good-sized fruit that stores reasonably well. The name means 'tanned' in Spanish, referring to the bronze-tinged skin. Cherimoya flesh is custard-like and white. In NZ, cherimoyas are effectively self-pollinating. Available at Flying Dragon Nursery NZ.
