Brigitte

Brigitte was a chance roadside discovery. A green-yellow apple that is sweet and mild with a flavour hints of pineapple. This apple with small-medium sized fruit was first collected for its beautiful blossom. It has a good flavour when cooked. It should be known that the name is pronounced bre-ghee-ta, the German way.
