Brigitte

Brigitte is a chance roadside discovery — a small-to-medium green-yellow apple with sweet, mild flesh and appealing hints of pineapple flavour. Also has a good cooked flavour. First collected by Koanga for its beautiful blossom. Note: the name is pronounced the German way — bre-ghee-ta. Harvest timing has not been formally confirmed for this variety.
