Bounty (NH)

Bounty is a Northern Highbush low-chill variety bred at North Carolina State University, producing large berries with good flavour, above-average colour, good stem scar and firmness. A consistently productive variety that shows tolerance to cane canker and stem blight, though susceptible to anthracnose. Berries keep well on the plant and have good shelf life. Performs best in warmer northern NZ sites. Note: Bounty is a licensed variety — check availability with your supplier. High maintenance but consistently productive.
