Bergman (Cranberry)

Bergman is one of the two main cranberry varieties (Vaccinium macrocarpon) available at NZ home garden nurseries. A hardy evergreen groundcover with attractive purple autumn leaf toning. Mid-season, producing medium-sized red fruit with good flavour. Loaded with antioxidants and vitamins A and C. Strong grower suitable for pots and as groundcover. Frost tolerant. Self-fertile.
