Barnea

Barnea is an Israeli olive variety widely grown in New Zealand for both oil and table use. Produces medium to large fruit with high oil content and a fruity, mild flavour. Early to mid-season ripening. A vigorous, productive tree that adapts well to NZ conditions. Self-fertile. One of the most widely planted commercial and home garden olive varieties in NZ. Available at specialist NZ olive nurseries.
