Ballerina® Waltz

Ballerina® Waltz is a columnar (pillar) apple variety producing medium to large, round-conical fruit with solid red skin on the sun-exposed side. Crisp, juicy and slightly tangy — similar in flavour to Jonathan. Mid-season. Suitable for fresh eating, drying and cooking. The narrow upright form grows to 3–4m tall by 30cm wide. All Ballerina® varieties are exclusively grown by Waimea Nurseries.
