Bacon

Bacon has a high cold tolerance for an avocado, making it somewhat more suitable for those in marginal climates. The fruit is a medium sized, oval shape with a shiny, thin green skin. Yellow-green flesh of a light flavour, smooth and silky. A Type B flowering avocado it will form a thick canopy as it grows into a large rounded tree. Grows to around 5m x 4m
