Ascolano

Ascolano olive is a popular choice for the large fruits it produces that have mild, delicate flavour. They stay green, rather than turning black when ripe. Very ornamental with it's evergreen twisted grey-green foliage, and one of the larger growers. Best grown in a sunny, free draining spot and will produce best with a companion olive, such as Frantoio.
