Hyperlocal weather data
Weather data is mostly sourced from Tomorrow.io, which has hyperlocal information - with a maximum accuracy to 2.5km of your location. Where the data from Tomorrow.io is not available we get it from Visual Crossing, which has excellent historic records of weather. You can set your location for your subscription based on your longitude and latitude coordinates (recommended) or by a city location (if you prefer).
Fruit-growing specifc weather data
The weather datapoints have been carefully selected to give you vital fruit-growing related weather data. Many of the datapoints such as frost-type, evapotranspiration, soil temperature and moisture and growing degree days (GDD) aren't easily found on the mainstream weather sites. Here we're laser-focused on the measurements that matter to fruit-growing so that you can be informed and take decisions to protect and maximise your harvest.
